For our final Designer Partner Feature of the year, we're putting the spotlight on Palm Beach-based Koi Design Group.
Led by Victor Manuel Figueredo, Koi is a full-service firm that provides both design and project management services.
Victor and his team collaborate with clients to bring to fruition the vision they have for their homes, and they have a special talent for integrating their clients' prized possessions with new pieces to create a unique, eclectic look.
When I reached out to Victor and told him he was chosen as this month's feature (and that he'll receive a $50 gift card toward his next purchase simply because he tagged #iconltg and @iconltg on Facebook and Instagram), he was so excited to give me the details for the project we're putting in the limelight: a complete renovation of a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo.
Keep scrolling to see beautiful photos of the home's entryway, bedroom and powder room.
Entryway Foyer
Victor chose the Strada Flush Mount for the foyer for two reasons:
- The homeowner is an art collector, so Victor wanted to include a contemporary ceiling light that would complement the artwork, and...
- He loved the way the Strada's shadows projected onto the ceiling.
Powder Room
Victor, alongside the project's architect, created a custom design for the powder room vanity.
He selected the Presidio Petite Sconce for this space because of its clean, modern style and for its ability to maximize light with its clear glass cylinder.
Additionally, the hand-rubbed antique brass finish matches perfectly with the color of the vanity.
Bedroom
When I interviewed Victor, he told me that he often places swing arm sconces next to the bed because of their functionality.
For this condo, he went with the simple yet stylish Evans Swing Arm Sconce.
The polished nickel finish pairs nicely with the colors of the headboard as well as the bedside tables, creating a cool, tranquil and peaceful ambience.
